отлично !!! прекрасно показано, что чем старше человек , тем проще его рисовать. как сейчас помню , как в детстве рисовал портрет своей ПРАбабушки.
That's the way a portrait should be, a reality even if it is disturbing to the viewer. It's the capture of a moment in time, a person in pain, or disguise, that moment in time which will never repeat. That model will probably never be seen again, or no one will ever know why the expression. Happy, sad who knows, it will be for the future viewer of such portrait to think 🤔💬 why does this person look angry, or sad.
Werry beautiful

I am an artist of realism (realistic portraits). I believe that artists are very special creatures by God on this planet.
My first and last love is artwork….
I really liked this tutorial, and agree with his opinions.

You searched for this don't you?
Ten years later and I'm still so moved by this compilation of drawings. Every single artist featured here "brought it."
As for the Old masters remark, Davy, I believe you are quite correct. There are phenomenal artists out there living today, but the likes of DaVinci, Velazquez, John Singer Sargeant etc are in their own league.
How can they afford living in such an expensive town and also pay taxes as a freelance? Their art is on the cheap side…
Impressive!
Very nice work sir
Davy, the way you draw and capture the sitter just makes me have an amazing feeling, thank you for sharing, I noticed something about you when you draw, sometime you tilt your portrait during the drawing in order to match it or something I don't know? Can you tell me why? Is it a technique? Can you tell me more about yourself? Your experience, challenges you faced during learning how to draw? I would love to see more of your drawings videos, do you have a facebook account? An email to contact you if I wanted to ask you for tips or advice?
Thank you so much Davy
superb.

The work is so fluid and graceful with every tiny stroke. No Loomis method here!
La diferencia con la foto es que el artista capta la impronta de las personas , le capta el alma , eso es un buen artista tener la sensibilidad de ver el alma de las personas
Heyy
It it just me or he's doing better on each drawing
Thank you so much sir…
I love listening to your kind advices
Sir, how to become a master like you?? Drawing portraits in the real life is quite challenging… We need confidence… Honesty and integrity.. What I mean is what if I can't get their correct portrait???!!
So how to master this Art of real life drawing?? I called it pure Art… No cheating!!!
Davy, I think all of these artists are phenomenal, but would have to agree with your assessment of the first portrait. The artist doesn't try to minimize the sitter's lined, severe face- he has faithfully transferred reality to paper, a testament to his skill. I'll never tire of this video <3
"Some people are just naturally miserable" I feel like this guy has met my ex wife.
