Vanya Georgieva is a Bulgarian painter who lives almost her entire life in Italy. She is the founder of the RA art movement (Rainbow Art), which is based on the strength and beneficial energy of colors. Chromotherapy has been affirming for some time the healing effect of colors, Vanya with her style of palette knives and full-bodied brushstrokes and with predominantly clean colors, makes the painting ” sings ” with a unique technique of almost placing the color without mixing it. The lightness intensifies in Athos Faccincani’s studio (one of the 5 best-selling contemporary Italian painters) where the “alla prima” technique had to finish a painting without waiting for the color to dry. So it was necessary to find the brush with the touch of a butterfly.
After years it has moved away from that style of the master, leaving however the cleanliness of the color and the light hand. He worked years before conceiving a very precise technique with step by step of 3 main steps in which the painting “pulls” (dries) almost completely . The spots of light are not afraid to fly where it is dark and the hot ones to be positioned even where there are cold ones in a unique harmony, balancing everything…giving the viewer an electromagnetic field where Joy and Peace reigns .
Many have considered her paintings to be energetically healing.
